Ordering
When do I need to order by? Orders must be placed by 8 PM. Your bakes will be ready for pickup from the day after tomorrow — so an order placed Monday evening is ready from Wednesday. You pick the time.
How do I book a pickup slot? After placing your order on the website, you'll book a pickup time via [Bloom link]. We confirm your order once the slot is selected.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Since everything is made fresh to order, we're unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major cards and UPI via secure online checkout. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Pickup
Where do I pick up my order? Our kitchen is located at [address], Hyderabad. The address is also shared in your order confirmation.
Is pickup flexible? Yes — you choose your preferred pickup window when booking your slot.
The Food
Is everything eggless? Yes — everything at Palette is 100% eggless and vegetarian.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary preferences? Our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please reach out before ordering if you have specific concerns.
How long do the bakes stay fresh? Our bakes stay fresh for 3–5 days depending on the product. Storage instructions are included with your order.
Do you take custom orders? Yes! Custom orders are handled separately — write to us on WhatsApp at [number] and we'll take it from there.
