Pickup Policy
All orders at Palette are available for pickup only from our studio at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Pickups are available between 12 pm and 8 pm. We're unable to accommodate any pickups past closing time.
Couriers & third-party delivery services
If you're using a third-party courier service like Uber, Porter, Ola, Rapido, or similar, please share a screenshot of the rider's name and vehicle number with us on WhatsApp or Instagram before they arrive. We'll verify the details before handing over your order. Once your order is handed over to you or your courier, responsibility for the order passes to you. We are not responsible for any delays, mishandling, temperature changes, or damage that occurs after your order leaves our kitchen.
Checking your order
Please check your items, item count, and flavours before you leave. Once your order has left our studio, we'll assume it was received in good condition.
Late arrivals
If you're running late, drop us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram, and we'll hold your order until you get here. If we're unable to reach you and you haven't contacted us or arrived by day end of your scheduled pickup, your order will be forfeited with no refund or replacement issued.
